Is a sleep hygiene consultation right for me?

Our work suits adults who want to refresh their habits, routines and bedroom setup. We don't diagnose conditions, prescribe products or replace any professional advice you may be receiving elsewhere — we focus purely on day-to-day habit guidance.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Most clients book either a single 60-minute session or a four-week programme with check-ins. We'll suggest the lighter option whenever it's the better fit — there's no upsell.

Do you meet in person or online?

Both. Our Brisbane City studio is open Monday to Friday, and we also run video sessions for households across Queensland.

What does it cost?
