By visiting this website, sending us a written enquiry or booking a consultation with the Dynsweep studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or our services.

"Dynsweep" refers to a small sleep hygiene consultation studio operating from 474 Charlotte St, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia. "We", "us" and "our" refer to the studio. "You" refers to anyone using the website or our services.

3. What our services include

We offer one-to-one consultations focused on everyday sleep hygiene habits — bedtime routines, evening structure, light exposure, bedroom setup and the lifestyle choices around restful nights. Sessions are delivered in our Brisbane studio or online by video, depending on the plan you choose and your preference.

4. Important scope & non-advice notice

Our work is general lifestyle and habit guidance. It is not professional advice and is not intended to replace any guidance, support or care you receive from qualified professionals. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe products or supplements, or promise specific outcomes. If something you describe falls outside our scope, we'll say so kindly and suggest you seek the right kind of help.

5. Eligibility

Our services are designed for adults aged eighteen and over. By contacting or booking with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Where a household session involves a young person, an accompanying adult takes responsibility for any participation.

6. Bookings and conduct

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed on a time in writing and any required payment has been received. We ask all clients to treat the studio, its team and shared spaces with respect. The studio reserves the right to decline or end a booking where conduct makes that the right call.

7. Fees and payment

Current fees are displayed on the consultation plans page. All amounts are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment terms are agreed before each booking is confirmed. Rescheduling and refunds follow our return policy.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, layout, illustrations and original photography — is owned by Dynsweep or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial browsing is welcome. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially use site content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use of the site

When using this website, please don't:
